THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on the above referenced project the grading has been completed,
temporary S&E measures have been removed, and permanent ground cover sufficient to
restrain erosion has been established as outlined on the approved S&E Plan and in accordance
with the Town of Apex S&E ordinance.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -
monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the
SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities (NCG01) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The
NOT is available at: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination. Please note that this
correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
The owner of the site will be responsible for regular erosion control maintenance after this
release to the developer.
