PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY WORK WITHIN NCDOT RIGHT—OF—WAY, THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE THREE —PARTY ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT ON THE JOB SITE. 8.
