on the right. There is a double gate entrance in the back yard that leads to
the shoreline.

Existing land at site is in an undisturbed state, with significant erosion at
the shoreline.

why it is necessary):
Riprap is to be installed in order to mitigate further erosion of the
shoreline. It has been avoided thus far as the land was undeveloped until
recently.

One tree growing out of the shoreline will be cut to make room for riprap.
There is some seasonal vegetation at the shoreline that will be covered up
by riprap. Please see photo for reference.

Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
