The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The system was found to in compliance with permit requirements. The original property owner/permittee is now deceased. His daughter (Donna Bradley) was present and had a good understanding of how the system worked and its requirements. The septic tank was reported pumped as required. Structure served by the SFR system is not occupied. The system was not observed to be discharging at the time of the inspection. No issues of concern were observed in the area of the filter field or the receiving stream. Continue to perform regular maintenance and sampling as required by the permit if discharge occurs. Ms. Bradley was given a Change of Ownership form and indicated that the structure served by the SFR system might be condemned and removed in the future. She was advised to contact the ARO if this is the case and request the permit be rescinded.
