After speaking with DWR review staff regarding the application being sent for a NW14 and Buffer Authorization it was
communicated that only a Buffer Authorization is being sought at this time. The application provided is not an adequate
application for this purpose.
Buffer Authorization Applications should be submitted using the Buffer Authorization Application Form that can be
located directly using the following link: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/Buffer-Authorization.
