PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND NARRATIVE:
The proposed project is inside the Town of Gibsonville jurisdictional limits and is located off of
NC-61 adjacent to Back Creek. The scope of this project will include the construction of 79
residential lots and associated roads/infrastructure improvements.
The proposed public sewer extension will provide domestic service to Poets Walk Phase 1A &
