This wire is to be accessible at all fire hydrants and water meter boxes to aid in future location of facilities. B. All site lighting shall be located and installed so as not to shine directly onto adjacent residential premises. 9. Mechanical equipment & trash receptacles will be screened by an opaque fence. 10. All signs and pavement markings in areas open to public traffic are to meet MUTCD standards. 11.
