On January 11, 2006, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 050316 The revisions include grading revisions and
impacting approximately 0 007 acres of wetlands at the outlet channel from Pond #2 to
positively drain toward a redesigned storm drain that is associated with new road construction
Pond #2 will not function as permitted without these revisions It has been determined that a
formal permit modification is not required for the proposed changes We are forwarding you an
approved copy of the revised plans for your files Please replace the old approved plan sheets
with the new sheets CV-2 and CV-2A and add the attached plan XS-1 to the previously
approved plan sheets
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on April 22, 2005,
remain in full force and effect Please also understand that the approval of this revision to
the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case
basis Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to
construction The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from
complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may
have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to
construction

Per our discussion on January 4, 2006, enclosed please find the following plans for Plan Revision
Approval for the above referenced project
• Two (2) copies of the revised Grading Plan, CV-2
The revision to the plan includes a minor grading revision associated with the outlet channel from
proposed Pond No 2 The original designed called for a proposed outlet channel excavated into the
adjacent road right of way in order for the pond to positively dram toward the existing storm dram under
the road However, since the plan was designed and approved, the new road construction, pipe and '
headwall prevents the contractor to install this outlet as designed The solution is to relocated this outlet
channel onto the developer's property in order to get positive drainage from the pond so that it can
function as designed This relocated channel will require that the contractor impact approximately 0 007
acres of delineated wetland on -site No fill will be placed in the wetland The proposed development
includes the design of two permanent water quality ponds, therefore, the TSS is 85% for this project
