The owner will add fill requirements for these lots. We propose to lower the street elevation at the cul-de-sac to reduce the burden on the future owner. 2. Deed restrictions will be forwarded by the owner. 3. We propose a drainage swale along the northern edge of the development to pick up off -site runoff. We calculate a 2.5 acre drainage area, which is a conservative estimate. It is our opinion that the Kensington subdivision drains to Hooker Road. Please reference the attached contour map. 4. A note has been added stating that no wetlands exist on site. 5. Documentation is provided to assure you that Mr. Williams is vice-president of MRW Properties, Inc. Please note that the dimensions of the retention pond have been altered to accommodate City stormwater standards. I have enclosed updated pond calculations.
