Detailed sampling to be performed. • Wetlands/streams — location of potential new discharge line & impacts Questions/Issues • Timing not good for scoping — due to history of comments on WWTP & WWRF, plan on informal contacts/scoping and prior comment review • Lead agency? DWQ vs CG&L. Dependent on funding. • Involvement of Corps and NRC if necessary? • EAA/EA approach OK? Discussion of this vs EIS amendment. • SEPA process: Additional studies planned (EJ) for NEPA compliance (if CG&L funding). • Schedule: Proposed submittal and review times.
