Development Package (BPDP) and corresponding Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI)
for Wildlands Holdings V, LLC (Wildlands) on April 24, 2019.
Please sign below indicating your agreement to formerly withdraw the Wall Brothers Phase II Bank
Parcel from the UMBI. By signing below, you are confirming that Wildlands will not pursue
construction of the Wall Brothers Phase II Bank Parcel, are acknowledging that the approved BPDP
for this bank parcel will no longer be valid and are agreeing that DWR will not be authorized to
enforce any language in the UMBI as it pertains to this bank parcel.
