In accordance with a written request from you and Brent Collins received July 21, 2022, we are
forwarding herewith corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0028547 issued May 16, 2019.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. Addition of Footnote 6 in Attachment A pertaining to the vector attraction reduction
requirements for non-biological residuals.
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0028547 issued May 16, 2019 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
