On June 2, 2022, Conner Consulting collected effluent samples as required on your DWQ
permit at 9972 Walnut Grove Church Road, Hurdle Mills, North Carolina. The results are
the following:
Flow: 200 gpd (estimated)
Total Residual Chlorine: 0.05 mg/l @ 11:30
Biochemical Oxygen Demand: 41 mg/l
Total Suspended Solids: 49 mg/1
Fecal Coliform: >2420 CFU..' 100 ml.
Based on the fecal coliform number please add chlorine tablets more often than you are
doing now. My field laboratory certification is #5149. Please call with questions and
comments.
