On August 18, 2022, Conner Consulting attempted to collect effluent samples required for your
DEQ permit at 724 Jeremiah Road, Chapel Hill, Chatham County, North Carolina. No effluent
flow was observed and there was no evidence of any significant flow in recent months. Water
usage is estimated to be less than 100 gallons per day. Due to no flow being observed no
samples were collected.
