On-Site Determination: Stream Origin
Dear Ms. Penton:

On August 7, 2007, at your request Iconducted an on-site determination to review drainage features located on
the subject property for the purpose of identifying the origin of the stream, the point where the feature Chan ed
from ephemeral to intermittent. The property is located on the north side of the new US HWY 64, north of the
town of Creswell. The feature is labeled as "2007-1260" on the attached map initialed by me on September 12
2007
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has determined that the portion of the features that is hi hli kited
in pink is Ephemeral. These features should be identified on any future plans for this property. The owner or
future owners) should notify the DWQ (and other relevant agencies) of this decision in an future (

downstream and adjacent landowners) is notified of this decision. DWQ recommends that the appligcant
conduct this notification in order to be certain that third party appeals are made in a timely manner.
