We very much appreciated your constructive input as well as all of the historical background information that you provided for .our facility in the meeting. This input and 'background information will be used by us in crafting and completing the necessary 'study tasks required for development of our factory corrective action plan. Pursuant to our meeting discussions this is to confirm that we seek to complete corrective actions at our factory under the terms of a Special Order of Consent ("SOC"). We plan to file the required application forms for you to develop the SOC on or before January 31, 2016. Be assured that our goal is to develop and implement lastingcorrective actions at our factory that will bring our systems back into full compliance with lagoon freeboard requirements on a year- round basis.
