NCAC 2H•0224 (a) with a cover letter dated February 19, 2009. The letter transmitted a civil
penalty in the amount of $5,515.55 for concerns withthe company's spray irrigation, system
identified in December ,2008.
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $5,515.55. • Aliens is not admitting the allegations ,
by paying the penalty but simply wishes to resolve the matter amicably: Further, our company
resources provide greater value when focused on the{permitting of the additional spray irrigation
acreage. This process is nearing completion, and Aliens hopes to receive approval for the
Rowan Road system shortly within the ongoing Express Review process...
