We are not really checking submittals very often through that older form anymore, so it may have been overlooked. I need the latitude and longitude (in degrees, minutes, seconds please) Receiving waters and index number (or just confirmation that it's the same as the other outfall) Short description you want included. Hi Bethany, Only one of the two site stormwater outfalls are showing up in eDMR for the subject NCG03 permit so we wanted to see how to add the second outfall electronically (Outfall-002). We attempted to submit the outfall location/information electronically back in May but it has not updated through eDMR. Please advise how to go about adding the missing outfall.
