Osmar,
A receipt or a simple photo of the bucket the tablets come in would be perfectly fine. I just need to make sure the tablets are the right kind.
For the sampling requirement, the septic system at 5010 Glenn Road discharges discharges to Water Supply and Nutrient Sensitive Waters (WS-IV, NSW), so the permit parameters
for you are on page 5 of the General Permit. You will need to test for:
• BOD
• Total Suspended Solids
• Fecal Coliform
• Total Residual Chlorine
• Total Nitrogen
• Ammonia -Nitrogen, and
• Total Phosphorus

You may either contact a contractor to conduct the sampling or contact one of our certified labs directly. We have a list of certified labs available on our website,

Hey Alys, I read the document and was wondering on what do I need to show you. Would a receipt from a purchase of tablets suffice to clear the violation? In other words, could I get layman's terms on
