Inspection Summary:
On August 5,2022, MRO staff performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection for permit WQ0001077.
The primary treatment lagoon and DAF opeartions were reviewed during the site visit. The system appears to be operating
within the limits of the permit.
The application field did not have any dead areas. There was no ponding observed. However, the spray application does not
overlap to complete coverage. MRO remined Innospec personel that spray head calibration be conducted once every permit
cycle.
MRO staff verified the submittal of the June 2022 reports. MRO staff also received a copy of these reports.

Comment: If the treatment system fails, an alarm sound in the manufacturing building and someone will be
dispatched to correct the system or turn the system off so the treatment system does not
operate in a failure mode.

Comment: Wastewater effluent flow meters are changed annually to maintain calibration. Effluent flow is
split between the City of Salisbury Grants Creek WWTP and the permitted spray irrigation
system. Any remainder is recycled back to the second lagoon to await distribution to the spray
irrigation system.
