The developer hired S &EC to delineate all jurisdictional wetlands, streams, waters and buffers on the property. The designer prepared a site plan that avoided all wetlands, streams and buffers. The two small man -made ponds had to be filled to allow for necessary road infrastructure. Stormwater management ponds, both which outlet to energy dissipaters outside of the wetlands, have been included in the design to protect water quality. 1 b. A land disturbance permit will be received for the project which will include appropriate erosion and sediment control measures as included on the attached erosion control plan.
