The purpose of this inspection was to ensure compliance with the subject collection system permit. During the inspection, the guidance of Wayne Alford, ORC, and Roger Tupps, Supervisor, was greatly appreciated. This compliance evaluation inspection consisted of the following: • Review of the 15A NCAC 02T .0403 permit requirements; • Review of the owner/facility information; • Review of records; and • On -site inspection of the collection system and pump station units. Findings during the pre -inspection file review were as follows: 1. The subject facility is not classified and currently does not have designated operators. 2. The Wildwood Green Collection System has had no reported Sanitary Sewer Overflows since the last inspection on May 1, 2018. Findings during the inspection were as follows: 3. The Wildwood Green collection system has four pump stations: Monticello, Saddleridge, Kilnstone, and Celbridge. All pump stations were visited during this inspection. The pump stations had secured access, and exhibited very little to no waste build-up. Pump stations are monitored daily through telemetry and inspected weekly. Inspection records were available on site. The high-water float was used to trigger audio and visual alarms at each station and all functioned normally. The pump station signage at Celbridge only had a name and phone number. It was make known to the inspector that a new sign is on order. Aqua will need to replace or refurbish the sign to meet the permit requirements. No other issues were noted. 4. A map of the sewer system was available and contained all required information. 5. The Wildwood Green collection system has a Fats, Oils, and Grease Program. Materials are distributed to residents bi-annually. )-E Q North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality I Division of Water Resources Raleigh Regional Office 1 3800 Barrett Drive I Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 TM ""j 919.791.4200 ui ur 6.
