clear and remove existing trees and underbrush approximately 10 large
trees removed to install a boat house and boat slip with dock over water
and stabilize the shoreline with corrugated vinyl sheet piles as a seawall.
install a natural stone walkway path to waterfront and seed straw and
landscape the buffer zone after work is complete.
