I have attached a letter requesting No Permit Required for project HE-0005, WBS # 50338.1.1
(BOOM Project) in Guilford County. I have also attached the proposed plans for your review. A
request will also be submitted to the North Carolina Division of Water Resources for a Jordan
Lake Watershed Riparian Buffer Authorization. Please review the attached documents to
