THIS DEED made and entered into this 19th day of March, 2020, by and between Select Bank &
Trust Company, a North Carolina Banking corporation, whose mailing address is 700 West
Cumberland Road, Dunn, NC 28334, hereinafter called "Grantor," and Gait Land Development, LLC,
a North Carolina Limited Liability company, hereinafter called "Grantee", whose mailing address is 256
Briar Hill Road, Raeford, NC 28376;
The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs,
successors, and assigns, and shall include the singular, plural, masculine, feminine, or neuter as required
by context.

That the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain; sell and Canvey unto the Grantee in fee
simple all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in Johnsonville Township, Harnett County, forth
Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:

This property does not include the primary residence of the Grantor(s).
