inspection we conducted at the Conover Classic Leather facility on August 5, 2021. Please note
that in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you either submit the SPPP and
qualitative monitoring records to the Mooresville regional office or a "No Exposure
Certification" application to the Raleigh office by November 10, 2021.
