Center Ave. Suite 301 Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 RE: Discharge Monitoring Report —January 2022 (Second Semi -Annual Period of 2021) Stafford Street Asphalt Plant (Boggs Materials Recycle Plant) 225 Stafford Street Extension Monroe, Union County, North Carolina General Permit Number NCG160000 Certificate of Coverage No: NCG160218 GRI No. 4629 Dear Ms. Kay: On behalf of Boggs Materials, Inc. (Boggs), please find attached results of stormwater outfall sampling that was conducted on January 4, 2022, for the Stafford Street Asphalt Plant facility in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina. Water samples were collected from the outfalls SDO-1 through SDO-8 by Boggs personnel on January 4, 2022, in accordance with the SWPPP and sampling requirements of the permit. Water samples were analyzed for total suspended solids (TSS) and non - polar oil and grease. The January 2022 sampling results indicated that there were no exceedances of non -polar oil and grease levels in any of the sampled outfalls. TSS levels that exceeded the allowable permit levels were reported in samples collected from outfalls SDO-1 through SDO-8. In accordance with the permit, another sampling event would be required to verify if the TSS levels continue to exceed permit levels. The Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report is included in Appendix A, the Stormwater Discharge Outfall Qualitative Monitoring Report is included in Appendix B, and a complete laboratory analytical report is included as Appendix C. 3502 Hayes Road • Monroe, North Carolina 28110 113 West Firetower Road, Suite G • Winterville, North Carolina 28590 Phone (704) 845.4010 9 (888) 870-4133 • Fax (704) 845-4012 Discharge Monitoring Report —January 2022 (Second Semi -Annual Period of 2021) Stafford Street Asphalt Plant (Boggs Materials Recycle Plant) Monroe, Union County, North Carolina Certificate of Coverage No: NCG160218 Page 2 of 2 The next semi-annual sampling event is scheduled to be conducted between January through June 2022 during a representative rainfall event.
