Reclaimed Water System Quarterly Report
January—March 2021
The Town of Holly Springs has issued a total of 1134 permits for residential reclaimed irrigation on properties
less than 5 acres. Of those issued permits, 5 were issued, revised,or transferred within the 12 Oaks Subdivision
during this reporting period of January 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. There were 10 addition reclaimed
irrigation permits for less than 5 acres permitted, revised, or modified within the reporting period, located at the
Trinity Creek housing development. The Addison Pond development had 2 reclaimed irrigation permits added
during this first quarter reporting period also.
There were no reportable reclaimed water releases during this recording period, as would be reported to the
NCDWR.
No reclaimed bulk users were trained and zero gallons of bulk usage was recorded during this reporting period;
typical usage during cooler and drier months with less irrigation activities.
Inspections were made on the distribution system a minimum of weekly by the ORC. The following table gives
a brief summary of the sampling conducted during January through the month of March. The sites sampled
were: the elevated storage tank and the blow offs at Lively Oaks Way, Market Cross Ct, Coffee Bluff Dr, and
Ancient Oaks Dr.
