As I have read through all the requests concerning proposed Permit Parameters Waiver
Request and etcetera by and on behalf of Duvaltex I will refer you to Mr. Poupart's recent
response dated 1/31/22 in response to requests dated December 2, 2021 and January 4, 2022.
