have attached the approved application for the property located at 343 Carlton Drive, Chapel Hill, NC, Permit p NCG550642.
The facility a rated at 3 bedrooms, multiplied by 120 gallons per bedroom, which totals 360 gallons per day.
have also attached the required Ownership Change Form. 1 highly recommend completing this at closing and the sellers taking the time to drop it in
the mail. They are the Permittees until the form is received.
If your client or the buyers wish to increase the number of bedrooms for this site, a permit modification will be required.
An Engineer will be needed to assess the current system and determine what improvements to the facility will be necessary to ensure proper
treatment to the additional flow, The Engineer will submit a Authorization to Construct (ATC includes the modification) to the Division. Once the
application has been received by the Division it could take 6 months to a year before a determination is complete. If approved the Permittee would
receive a Permit to Construct. Once the Perm t to Construct is received by the Permittee, then the construction can begin to complete the
modification.
