The cooperation and assistance of Jason Smith and Drew Matthews was greatly appreciated. The purpose of the visit was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. WQ0033492. This compliance evaluation inspection consisted of the following: - Review of the permit - Review of ORC logbooks and calibration documentation - On-site inspection of the storage lagoon The current permit was effective starting April 1, 2022 and expires April 30, 2028. The system consists of approximately nine acres of drainage area, including five acres of impervious surface, which drains to a 1.35 million gallon clay-lined storage lagoon; and all associated piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances. Components of the wastewater system appeared to be well-maintained and operational. The storage lagoon looked to be routinely cared for and plenty of freeboard was available. The asphalt pad, curb, and gutter system appeared to be in good condition. Records were well kept. Please continue to routinely mow the grass surrounding the lagoon. There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required.
