Hello Jane,
Update on the path to requesting a rescission of my permit, COC NCG550920.
on July 26th, the septic tank on my property was demolished by Mr. John Byrd, and back filled with dirt in the presence of three workers from the
Durham County Health Dept, one of whom was Matthew Yearout. Please see attached receipt for description of work done
1 am in the process of having the discharge pipe capped/removed, but not yet sure exactly when this will take place. I assure you I am doing all I
can to move forward. I am assuming I cannot formally request the rescission until the discharge pipe is capped/removed.
Please let me know what the next steps are after 1 submit the rescission request.
