This letter is to serve as a follow-up to the audit acknowledgement letter sent to the Raleigh
State office last week. The Town of Mooresville has received the Notice of Deficiency (NOD-
2022-PC-0101) for NPDES MS4 Permit No. NCS000540 and plans to fully comply with the
conditions set out in the NOD within the allotted time frames. Staff is currently working on a
self -evaluation of the permit components that were not reviewed by DEQ during the audit
before drafting our SWMP for the new permit cycle.
