That was a typographical error. We are having to buy 0.30 acre of non - riparian (isolated) wetland mitigation since it is
sold by 0.10 acre increments. So I guess I had inadvertently referenced the mitigation amount rather than the approved
impact acreage. The isolated impacts are still 0.24 acres.

I received your request to modify the subject 401 WQC. It indicates that 0.30 acre of isolated wetland impacts were
previously approved; however, the 401 and original application lists 0.24 ac of isolated wetland impact. Please clarify if
there is 0.06 ac of additional impact that needs to be added to the modification request or if 0.30 is a typographical
error.
