Per our conversation last week, please find attached an Initial Interest form for Express Review, USGS- Soils
Map, and Site Plan, for a subdivision in Clayton-Johnston County known as Porto Fino. There are stream and
buffer impacts proposed, but the density is at about 12%, and will not require a stormwater plan. Amy Chapman
has visited this site several times, if you have any questions she may be able to help.

The proposed proiect consists of the construction of a residential subdivision with 0.75-acre lots with sinele-famil
housingproject will include roads, utilities, and septic systems on each lot. Traditional equipment will be used
such asfront-end loaders, rg_aders, and earth movers. The construction of the project will be sepazated into 3 phases,
however, the applicant would like to apply for the 401 permit as if it were one phase. The project has proposed
permanent stream impacts totaling 245 linear feet for construction of the spine road to access Phase 2 The stream
impacts are associated with the expansion of an existing_farm road in the southeastern quadrant of the project to bring
it up to DOT standards, and one new road to access Phase 3. site plan attached).
