Hello Charles,
I hope you are doing well. Dan River Combined Cycle Station submitted an renewal application in 5/21 that
included request for removal of outfalls 002, 102, 103, and 104 due to the closure of the ash basin and
removal of outfall 002 in 2019. Since there is no flow from these outfalls can the pages be turned off in the
eDMR.
Please let me know what documentation you need from me. I have attached a copy of the permit renewal
application. Item #9 outlines the justification of removal of these outfalls.
