In accordance with 15A NCAC 02H.0100, enclosed is the June 2018, NPDES DMR for Duke Energy
Progress Carolina's Cape Fear Plant. Please note that we were unable to sample Outfalls 001 or 003 as
required due to the lack of a measurable storm event. We will sample at the next available opportunity.

submittal.
