A new holding tank was added and documented in the new application. The facility is well maintained, clean, and restricted for public access. eDMR data match the data presented in Laboratory reports; no errors were found. Associated chain of custody records were available. All laboratories used at the facility are certified for required parameter analysis. Well documented ORC visitation and operation logs were provided for review. The ORC and backups are certified at grade equal to or higher than the facility classification. Outfalls look clear. No issue was found during this compliance evaluation.
