24_Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Submittal to NCDEQ

In our "Plan Review and Tracking" system, when uploading a new E&SC plan submittal, a series of
questions are asked to obtain the appropriate information with the submittal. One question is "Is
this site using any public funding, or does the applicant have the power of eminent domain?" If
"yes" is selected, the applicant is directed to submit the plans to NCDEQ for review and approval.
If "no" is selected, the upload system moves on to the next question in the submittal process.
