The City of Greensboro received its initial National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
Revised Stormwater Manual
Permit (#NC5000248) forthe discharge of stormwater from the North Carolina Department of
Environmentand Natural Resources, Division of Water Quality in December 1994. The permit was

renewed on October 10, 2018 and remains effective for a five-year period.
Plan
The City of Greensboro Stormwater Management Division developed a Stormwater Management
+ Pollution Prevention
Plan to document the program measures being implemented to comply with the City's permit. The
City's Stormwater Management Plan and State NPDES permit are available upon request by calling
