Mike Skeen and Scott Smida were present to assist with providing information to DWR staff during the site visit. The treatment system is equipped with SCADA technology to the ORC via cell phone communication by text alert. The general permit does not require the submission of monthly eDMRs to DWR. DWR staff has requested the reports that are due to DWM under the existing CAP be provided to DWR to document system effectiveness. The permittee's consultant indicated that DWR will be copied on future reports.
