After a site visit conducted on July 23, 2021 at the requested location, here is the jurisdictional determination:
Bridge Replacement – Pasquotank County Bridge No. 15 (36.422179° / -76.34746 °) over the Pasquotank
River on Morgans Corner Rd. (SR 1417), South Mills, Pasquotank County: Jurisdictional (Public Trust
Access/Public Trust Shoreline). (CAMA Permit will be Required).
This determination is based on work within NCDOT right of way. Thanks and please contact me if to discuss if
necessary.

NCDOT is planning on replacing Bridge 15 in Pasquotank County. It appears to be within DCM’s jurisdiction, but I would
like you to verify if the site falls within any AEC’s. Please see the attached maps and let me know if you have any
questions.
