Good morning Colleen,
Below is the picture that got cut off. I've also attached the addendum letter with the revised plans attached if that helps.
3. East -facing view from stream, looking upslope at eroding sideslope towards proposed location of stormwater
conveyance associated with Impact 4.
Let us know if you have any questions or if you'd still like for us to submit another application.

Ah. Thought I was going to be learning a new acronym!
Email has been very slow today, so I don't see an update yet as of 3:10pm.
Have a wonderful weekend!

My apologies, I was about to follow up on that — the email lagged and it was supposed to get deleted.

I do not know what "Alkak" in item 3 means.

Good afternoon Colleen,
I just wanted to follow up that, following some plan changes, Zone 1 buffer impacts will only be increasing from 305-
sq.ft. to 425-sq.ft. and Zone 2 buffer impacts will only be increasing from 1,542-sq.ft. to 2,489-sq.ft.
Most of the buffer area they're proposing to impact covers areas that have already been developed (-1970s), including
existing parking lots, building pads, fill material/graded areas where they are planning to redevelop to bring the existing
features up to safety standards and code. I've included some photos below for reference.
1. Western side of the stream looking towards buffer impact 2 with an existing playground, apartment building &
parking lot, and SCM outlet
3
2. North -facing view down the road crossing (culvert outlet to the left, culvert inlet to the right). There's a second
building and associated parking lot just beyond this crossing as well.

3. Alkak

Unfortunately that sounds like it is going to be a Version 2 since I have already issued it and the impacts have increased.

Good morning Colleen,
There were some slight updates to the plans, required by Chapel Hill, that changed the buffer area and impact amounts.
The impact reasons are the same as what was reported in the buffer authorization application, but total Zone 1 impacts
have increased from 305-sq.ft. to 1,047-sq.ft. and total Zone 2 impacts have increased from 1,502-sq.ft. to 2,891-sq.ft.
We were actually preparing to send the addendum to you right before you sent the buffer authorization letter, but now
that it's been issued, do we need to submit an entirely new application, or can we send the addendum letter with the
changes outlined?
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
Thank you!
