Dear Mr.Corporon:
Enclosed are two copies of the final drawings that show the discharge and sample points to Outfall
001 and 003.
Currently Outfall 003 is the primary effluent discharge. Outfall 003 is considered a no flow stream
which requires the discharge concentration for toxicity to be at 90%.
Outfall 001 is not considered a no flow stream therefore the toxicity concentration requirement is at
34%.Wieland plans to relocate the primary effluent discharge to Outfall 001 and utilize Outfall 003
as a back-up if needed.
The maximum daily flow should not exceed .075 MGD.
