This document confirms that 2 linear feet of streammitigation is available from the Pancho
Stream & Wetland Mitigation Bank as of this date.
Restoration Systems (RS) attests to the fact that 2 linear feet of stream credits are currently
available for immediate transfer if needed from its Official Bank Credit Ledger to Applicant.
These credits will not be put on reservation status unless otherwise instructed by the Applicant.
If notified by Applicant, these creditswill remain in reservation status until payment in full is
received from the Applicant, resulting in the issuance of a Transfer of Mitigation Responsibility
form by RS acknowledging that the applicant has fully secured credits from the bank and RS has
accepted full responsibility for the mitigation obligation requiring the credits.
RSwill issue the Transfer Certificate within five (5) days of receipt of the Purchase Price. RS
shall provide to Applicant the Transfer form debiting credits from the Bank Official Credit
Ledger showing the permit number and the resource type secured by the applicant, and will
send an a copy of the Transfer Certificate with an updated Official Credit Ledger to regulatory
agencies showing the proper documentation.
