IF WATER IS ENCOUNTERED WHILE TRENCHING, THE WATER STRUCTURES PRIOR TO COMPLETING WORK EACH DAY. SHOULD BE FILTERED TO REMOVE ANY SEDIMENTS BEFORE BEING PUMPED BACK INTO ANY WATERS OF THE STATE. 2. SLOPES, WHICH EXCEED EIGHT (8) VERTICAL FEET OR EXCEED 3:1 SLOPE SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH SYNTHETIC OR VEGETATIVE MATS, IN ADDITION TO HYDROSEEDING. ON 6. ALL EROSION CONTROL DEVICES SHALL BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED DURING ALL PHASES SLOPES LESS THAN 3:1 STRAW MULCH SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED OVER THE DISTURBED OF CONSTRUCTION UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND ALL AREA AFTER APPLICATION OF SEED.
