Sn here's what vvc discussed regarding this project:

Boat House: 17` X 17` ~~288 sq. ff.
Dock: 20`X|0`~~200 sq. ft.

Above normal lake level:
Boat slip: 20' X 10' = 200 sq. ft.
Boat House: 17'X 17' = 288 sq. ft. (Half of the boat house is still considered to be above the normal lake level.)
Seawall: 300' X 5' (backfill) = 1,500 sq. ft.
Please just confirm that I have your project accurately depicted. Thank you.

Hi Mr. Poland,
-Thank you for giving me a call this morning. I think talking about the Bob Gain project will help us both going forward to get projects
depicted according to the Tar-Pamilco Riparian Buffer Rules and the 401 Water Quality Certification.
So here's what we discussed regarding this project:
Below normal lake level:
Boat slip: 20'X 10'= 200 sq. ft.
Boat House v -4-7-1,,>
Dock: 20' X 10' = 200 sq. ft.
Above normal lake level:
Boat slip: 20'X 1,0' = 200 sq- ft
Boat ft- (Half of the boat house is still considered to be above the normal lake level.)
Seawall: 300'X 5' (backfill) = 1,500 sq. ft.
Please just confirm that I have your project accurately depicted- Thank you.
