A renewal application was submitted on November 5, 2021. *The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. No deficiencies or violations were noted during the inspection. *The ORC keeps very good records on -site. *New blower motors were installed in September 2019. A caustic feed system was installed in October 2019 for pH control.
