I've also made annotations on both the Certificate of Coverage and NCI application in yellow boxes. The database record will still show Mecklenburg, but you can always refer to the documents in our Repository for COC no. NCC221830 if there are questions about the discrepancy. From: Georgoulias, Bethany Sent: Friday, June 24, 2022 12:13 PM To: Barrett Blackburn <bbb@cambridgeprop.com> Cc: Tran, Kieu M <kieu.tran@ncdenr.gov>; Smith, Danny <danny.smith@ncdenr.gov> Subject: RE: Construction Stormwater General Permit Coverage Good afternoon, We cannot revise a COC once issued (it has the information from the original application that was submitted by the permittee). We can: (1) Correct the metadata associated with the documents in our repository to correct the County, but this will not fix the COC nor the database record for the permit (2) Issue a new COC if the permittee submits a Notice of Termination request on the basis of a mistake. The permittee then has to reapply with a new eNO1 with the county corrected and let us know when it's been approved. We will apply the payment from the original application (so no new payment is necessary). We only waive the fee for a new COC for mistakes identified within 60 days. [This takes two steps: Submit an NOT and submit a new eNO1] Please let us know how you prefer to handle it.
