This system is mapped using ArcGIS. The grease ordinance followed is the one written by PWC, and requires grease traps to be cleaned every 60 days. A spill response plan, that was updated in April of 2021, was available and was very detailed. Work orders keep record of maintenance and inspections on the system. Maintenance for ROWs is typically kept up by town maintenance in Stedman. There are four pump stations in the Stedman Collection System, all of which are equipped with SCADA. Three stations have permanent backup generators on site, and there is one portable generator available, should there be a power outage. The generators are automatically set to test every two weeks, and are manually tested once a quarter.
